Jon has been licensed in real estate since 1996. He began his career with Coldwell Banker West Realty in Provo, Utah where he was an equity owner from 1999-2006. From 1999-2003, he served as Nominating Committee Chair, Vice Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Board, President-Elect and President of Coldwell Banker West Realty. In April of 2003 Jon became the Principle Broker of Coldwell Banker West Realty, only the third in the 27 year history of the company during which time he served as CEO and CFO. In May of 2006 Jon left Coldwell Banker West Realty to join forces with Affiliated Realty Group as the Branch Broker/Office Manager of their new Spanish Fork location.

Jon enjoys learning from the opportunity to train, consult, and educate the sales staff of Affiliated Realty Group as well as the occasional conflict and dispute mediation, but his true joy comes from working with Buyers and Sellers and bringing both together in a transaction where their individual needs and objectives are met which is evidenced by his “Multi-Million Dollar” sales volume production since 1998. His expertise lies in homes (new and existing), investment, commercial (leasing and sales) and acquisition and development.

Jon is actively engaged in his profession where he has served in various capacities including Vice Chair of the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Advisory Committee (2004-2006), Utah County Association of Realtors MLS Committee (2004-2006), Utah County Association of Realtors (UCAR) Strategic Planning Committee (2005), and the Chairman of the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) for the Utah County Association of Realtors (UCAR) for 2006 during which time UCAR achieved 106% of its 2006 contribution goal, a 165% increase in contributions over 2005.

Jon’s hobbies and interests include running, cycling, golf, reading, history, economics, traveling, spending his free time with his “buddies” doing whatever comes to mind or hunting and being in the great outdoors from the saddle of his horse, mule or atv.
